On Fistral Beach our programme includes:

• Surfing
• Bodyboarding

At this Centre the activities are delivered by the British Surf Association, which is a National Governing Body for these sports. Fistral itself is their National Coaching Centre. Teaching ratios for these sports are a maximum of 1:10.

Our programme at Lusty Glaze Beach includes the following activities:

• Body Boarding
• Coaststeering
• Abseiling / Climbing
• Traversing

Lusty Glaze is a licensed Activity Centre, Licence no: L4012/R1147. Teaching methods and ratios are in line with those laid down by the relevant National Governing Bodies.
